/ EachNovia 1000 Vapour Control Layer is a medium specification, blown polythene material, suitable for use as a vapour control layer within the walls of timber frame constructions, or where the control of the passage of water vapour is required.
Sitting between the 500G and 1200G membranes with regards to thickness and quality, the 1000G Polythene remains fully CE Approved as a vapour control layer.
This product also performs the additional task of an air-leakage barrier, to prevent losses due to unwanted convection flows. Novia advise the use of Novia double sided butyl tape and metallised BOPP tapes to ensure a complete vapour seal is maintained throughout the entire life of the product. For difficult areas to seal with tapes, or for additional support in certain applications, Novia AirSeal 310 is available.
Novia 1000 VCL should be used in combination with Novia breather membranes to provide an air-tight and vapour resistant system. This membrane is fully CPR compliant and is UKCA Approved to EN 13984.

Orders over £100 (ex. VAT) will qualify for FREE standard delivery.
Orders under £100 (ex. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £7.98.

All orders are available for collection from our trade counter. Please allow 2 hours for order processing before collecting your order.
Please note that orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge.
You may return any goods purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods to us for a refund. This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable. Please call our sales team for further advice regarding special orders.
The goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Any goods that are damaged or not in resaleable condition may be refused or may incur a restocking fee. You must also return any promotional items that were included in the order.

You can return the goods in store at our trade counter (please bring a copy of your delivery note or invoice).
We can also arrange for one of our vans to collect the goods from you.
Alternatively, you can post the items back to us at your cost using the address at the bottom of this page with a copy of your delivery note or invoice.
