Soudabond Easy is a high performance polyurethane adhesive foam. Quick and easy to use - no mixing required. Replaces traditional powder based adhesives. The formula combines strong adhesion with filling characteristics, making it suitable for bonding uneven surfaces. Used for the bonding of many building materials, such as insulation panels, plasterboard and the construction of interior walls using lightweight building blocks.
Applications:
Clean, efficient and economical bonding of many types of Insulation panels - polyurethane, phenol, resin foam. Can also be used for bonding polystyrene. Bonding of gypsum plasterboard in dry lining applications. Can be used for bonding non-load bearing walls. Bonds many other building materials such as brick, stone, aluminium, ceramics, MDF, steel, cork, wood and chipboard.
Instructions:
Wear safety goggles. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation and keep away from flames. Make sure surfaces are clean and free of grease and dust. Spraying water on the surfaces will improve adhesion and speed up curing. Shake can vigorously for 30 seconds. Repeat regularly for maximum yield. Use upside down. Point nozzle and press trigger. Amount of trigger pressure defines speed at which foam extrudes. Apply PU Adhesive according to application, as per the technical data sheet. Apply in a zig-zag pattern onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Wait until the foam becomes sufficiently tacky; i.e. thread is formed between gloved finger and adhesive when briefly touching adhesive (usually about 4 minutes depending on conditions). Then press materials firmly together for 30-60 seconds. Leave to cure for at least 1 hour before applying loads. Store can upright in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C.

Orders under £100 (ex. VAT) will be subject to a carriage charge of £7.98.

All orders are available for collection from our trade counter. Please allow 2 hours for order processing before collecting your order.
Please note that orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge.
You may return any goods purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods to us for a refund. This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable. Please call our sales team for further advice regarding special orders.
The goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Any goods that are damaged or not in resaleable condition may be refused or may incur a restocking fee. You must also return any promotional items that were included in the order.

You can return the goods in store at our trade counter (please bring a copy of your delivery note or invoice).
We can also arrange for one of our vans to collect the goods from you.
Alternatively, you can post the items back to us at your cost using the address at the bottom of this page with a copy of your delivery note or invoice.
